Mr. Fredrick Katulwende is an accomplished Finance Professional with extensive expertise in the field of public sector accounting. He isa Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Associate member in the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA). Hepossesses professionalqualifications including ACCA, BACC, and an MBA as well as being a Solution Consultant in SAP. With three decades of dedicated service in public sector, Mr Katulwende has built a remarkable career working incriticalsectors such as Health, Agriculture, and presently, Education. He currently holds the position of Director of Finance at the Ministry of Education. With his distinguished qualifications, wealth of experience, anddeep-rooted expertise in critical sectors, Mr. Fredrick Katulwende is a catalyst for positive change

NAMAKANDO LISWANISO is a Principal Accountant at the Ministry of Finance and National Planning, department of Financial Reporting and Information Systems under the Office of the Accountant General. She has more than 20 years of experience in Public Sector Accounting. She is tasked with the responsibility of ensuring that the financial report for the Republic of Zambia is prepared within the constitutional deadlines. She is also entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the monitoring and evaluation of expenditure in the Integrated Financial Management and Information System (IFMIS) in compliance with approved annual budgets.

She played a major role in the first-time adoption and implementation of the Cash Basis-International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) in the preparation of financial statements for the Central Government for the Republic of Zambia. Namakando performs evaluation of financial management policies to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and set standards.

Namakando Liswaniso is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) which is the regulatory body of all Accountants in Zambia. She a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance. She has worked in accounting roles in various Government institutions starting as Accounts Clerk and rising through the ranks to her current position of Principal Accountant.

Masauso Kaliati is a skilled and results-oriented professional, with 22 years in the Public Finance Management System arena. He has a background in finance and accounting, and possess understanding of financial processes and have the ability to analyse complex business requirements, develop innovative solutions, and streamline operations in the public sector.

Extensive experience in implementing and configuring SAP systems for finance and accounting modules, including SAP FI (Financial Accounting), SAP Business Planning and Consolidation. Proficient in conducting gap analysis, gathering business requirements, and mapping them to SAP system functionalities. Skilled in designing and executing end-to-end implementation plans, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and minimizing disruptions. Proficient in utilizing SAP Business Intelligence tools, such as SAP Business Warehouse, to generate insightful reports and dashboards for management. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes.

Achievements include integrating mobile network operating with the Public Finance Management System and setting up as asset disposal Fund.

Former Board Member and Chairman of the Risk Audit Committee of the Investor Protection Fund in Zimbabwe.

A Chartered Governance and Accountancy professional, holder of Bachelor's Honours Degree in Accounting and SAP Certified Associate in Financial Accounting (FI), Business Planning and Consolidation and Analytics Cloud currently studying for Masters Business Administration.

Rachel Gondwe - Chief Accountant at Ministry of Finance, Office of the Accountant General, Zambia,is aChartered Management Accountant and SAP Certified FI Consultant with well vested knowledge in IFMIS and Public Sector Accounting.

• A very dedicated team player who has served over 27 years in the Zambian Civil Service in various Government Ministries and within the Accounting fraternity. She was part of the IFMIS project as Assistant Manager Financials from 2012 to 2015.
• She has been one of the key players in the roll out and implementation of the Integrated Financial Management Systems (IFMIS) to the current fifty-six (56) Ministries and Spending Agencies of the Government of the Republic of Zambia.
• Attained twelve (12) years of experience with proven expertise in undertaking SAP based Financials and Materials Management configurations and providing back-end technical and business support in financials, budgeting and procurement.
• Over the years now she has been a trainer for different teams in various IFMIS modules and Public sector Accounting.

Rachel has CIMA, SAP FI Certification, post graduate diploma in Financial Management, Diploma in Accountancy, Certificate in Presentation skills and is a ZICA member.

MANDIVENGEREI SHUMBAIMWE – CHIEF ACCOUNTANT, IN THE ACCOUNTANT GENERAL DEPARTMENT MINISTRY OF FINANCE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT PROMOTION (ZIMBABWE).

• Chief Accountant in the Ministry of Finance Economic Development and Investment Promotion, under the Accountant General Department, with more than 19 years in Public Finance Management.
• Has the financial oversight role over-all State-Owned Enterprises and Parastatals.
• A board member of ZESA Holdings; Chairs the Investment, Finance and Procurement Board Committee.
• Sits in a number of technical committees of the State-Owned Enterprises and Parastatals restructurings or reforms, and is a member of the Secretariat to the Enhanced Cabinet Committee on Public Entities Reforms and Development.
• Is a member of the Public Sector Task Force Committee, an arm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) Council.
• Committee member of the Public Accountants Auditors Board (PAAB) Education Committee (EDCOM).
• Is an IPSAS National Project Implementation Team (PIT) member to the Zimbabwe IPSAS Implementation team under the Accountant General. Working under the Accountant General in spearheading the Professionalisation of Public Finance Management function.
